Disclosed is a latching device for a detachable skate chassis of a sneaker, which includes a rotatable hook, an elastic member, a control rod and a clamping arm. The rotatable hook is disposed on the detachable skate chassis, so that it can clamp on the clamping wall of the sole of the sneaker releasably. The elastic member is used to exert a bias elastic force on the rotable hook, and the control rod is used to rotate the rotatable hook against the biasing elastic force of the elastic member. The device is assembled or disassembled easily.
