In a vehicle having, in addition to a handlebar locking device, a seat locking device for locking and/or unlocking accessories such as a storage room and a seat, a rectangular hole as a key insertion hole is provided up to the vicinity of an arm provided on an end of a shaft part of the seat locking device, and when the key is inserted, an engaging position of tumblers provided in the shaft part and the key comes near a base of the key.
