DESCRIPTIVE ABSTRACT - The invention concerns a locking mechanism for linking two anchoring elements (3) in spinal osteosynthesis, the said anchoring elements (3) consisting of a bone fixation part (4) made up of a screw, a curved blade or similar and a fixation body for an attachment pin made up of a tuning-fork head (5) receiving the said pin and a blocking screw (6), characterized by the fact that it is made up of two ring elements (9) each capable of being threaded onto the outside of one of the tuning-fork heads (5), each ring element (9) having an external blocking rod (10) able to slide into a clamp (11), the two clamps (11) of the device being tightened by a common screw (12) crossing the said clamps. - Application to spinal osteosynthesis. ABREGE DESCRIPTIF - L'invention concerne un dispositif de liaison verrouillable de deux éléments d'ancrage (3) d'ostéosynthèse rachidienne, lesdits éléments d'ancrage (3) comprenant une partie de fixation osseuse (4) formée d'une vis, d'une lame recourbée ou analogue et un corps de fixation d'une tige de solidarisation formé d'une tête en diapason (5) recevant ladite tige ainsi qu'une vis de blocage (6), caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué de deux éléments annulaire (9) susceptibles d'être enfilés chacun extérieurement sur l'une des têtes en diapason (5), chaque élément annulaires (9) comprenant une tige externe de blocage (10) pouvant coulisser dans un collier de serrage (11), les deux colliers de serrage (11) du dispositif étant serrés par une vis commune (12) traversant lesdits colliers. - Application notamment a l'ostéosynthèse rachidienne.
