A locking mechanism (100) for use with a pneumatic cylinder/differential engine for a power-operated door including a locking rod (20), a plunger (24) associated with the locking rod (20) to cause extension and retraction of the locking rod (20) with respect to a door opening/closing gear (46), and a spring member (34) associated with the plunger (24) for maintaining the plunger (24) and the locking rod (20) in an extended position during a door closed position. An aperture (46a) is located through a sidewall portion of the gear hub (46b) which is capable of receiving an end (20a) of the locking rod (20) when the locking rod is in an extended position to lock the door in a door closed position. The invention also includes an emergency door opening mechanism enabling manual opening of the doors in case of an emergency.
L'invention concerne un mécanisme de verrouillage (100) à utiliser avec un moteur à différentiel/cylindres pneumatique de porte électro-pneumatique. Ce mécanisme comprend une tige de verrouillage (20), un plongeur (24) associé à la tige de verrouillage (20) pour l'extension et rétractation de la tige de verrouillage (20) par rapport à l'engrenage d'ouverture/fermeture (46) de la porte, et un élément de ressort (34) associé au plongeur (24) pour maintenir le plongeur (24) et la tige de verrouillage en position étendue pendant que la porte est en position fermée. Une ouverture (46a) est située à travers une partie de paroi latérale d'un moyeu d'engrenage (46b). Cette ouverture permet de recevoir une extrémité (20a) de la tige de verrouillage (20) lorsque la tige de verrouillage (20) se trouve en position étendue pour verrouiller la porte en position fermée. L'invention concerne également un mécanisme d'ouverture d'urgence permettant d'ouvrir manuellement les portes en cas d'urgence.
