A penetrator comprising a housing and a bulkhead positioned within the housing and configured to slide relative to the housing. The bulkhead comprises a bulkhead hydraulic coupling and a bulkhead electrical connection. The penetrator also in-cludes a system for locking the bulkhead in a desired position relative to the housing.
