A manual shift lever locking structure is disclosed. Wherein, a knob on said shift lever can move up and down relative to the axle of the latter; the lock in said knob can be locked and fix said knob and the axle of said shift lever in a relative position to each other. And a restraining element provided under said knob is used to restrain said knob and the axle of said shift lever from movement. Hence an effect of theft proofing can be attained.
