A locking-swivel mount is described, for example for mounting a miniature video camera in an automatic teller machine (ATM). The mount comprises two mounting brackets, one of which carries the camera and the other of which is fixed to the ATM housing. One bracket carries a threaded stud which passes in turn through a first spherical spacer set, a hole in the other bracket, a second spherical spacer set, and a locking washer and nut. When the locking nut is loose the brackets can be moved relative to each other to allow adjustment of the camera viewing angle. When the nut is tightened the brackets are rigidly clamped together, so as to lock the camera in position. The locking-swivel mount provides the same function as a locking ball-and-socket joint, but occupies less space.
