This invention comprises the use of the force of atmospheric pressure to provide locomotion of vehicles and to generate electric power. This is achieved by choosing and axis or direction of atmospheric pressure and by structurally creating an imbalance in the opposite force vectors along the chosen axis or direction and by transferring the imbalance to an object to cause it to move in accordance with Newton's Second Law of Motion. The concept's purpose is three-fold: 1. To produce economical power to move vehicles and atmospheric turbines to produce electricity. 2. To substantially reduce pollution of the Earth's atmosphere by burning fossil fuels. 3. To substantially reduce global warming caused by the burning of fossil fuels. 4. Tp reduce the dependence of the world's economies on certain fossil fuels in limited supply, such as oil.
