A logic circuit having at least a first input terminal and at least a first output terminal, comprises at least a first and a second electron-wave Y-branch switch (2, 3), each having a source (S2, S3), a first drain (D2', D3'), a second drain (D2", D3"), and at least a first gate (G2, G3) for switching a source current (I DD) between the first and the second drain (D2', D3'; D2", D3"). The sources (S2, S3) of said first and said second Y-branch switches (2, 3) are adapted to be connected to a high voltage supply and a low voltage supply, respectively. The first gates (G2, G3) of said first and said second Y-branch switches (2, 3) are interconnected, and the interconnection point between said first gates (G2, G3) constitutes said first input terminal. The first drain (D2') of the first Y-branch switch (2) is connected to the second drain (D3") of the second Y-branch switch (3), and the second drain (D2") of the first Y- branch switch (2) is connected to the first drain (D3") of the second Y-branch switch (3). The interconnection point between said second drain (D2") of the first Y-branch switch (2) and said first drain (D3') of the second Y-branch switch (3) constitutes said first output terminal.

L'invention porte sur un circuit logique présentant au moins une première borne d'entrée et au moins une première borne de sortie et comportant au moins un premier et un second commutateur (2,3) d'ondes électroniques en Y comportant chacun une source (S2, S3), un premier drain (D2', D3'), un second drain (D2'', D3''), et au moins une première grille (G2, G3) servant à commuter le courant source (IDD) entre le premier et le second drain (D2', D3' D2'', D3''). Les sources (S2, S3) du premier et un second commutateur (2,3) en Y sont conçues pour être respectivement reliées à une alimentation à haute tension et à une alimentation à basse tension. Les premières grilles (G2, G3) desdits premier et second commutateurs (2,3) en Y sont interconnectées et le point d'interconnexion entre lesdites premières grilles (G2, G3) constitue ladite première borne d'entrée. Le premier drain (D2') du premier commutateur en Y (2) est relié au second drain (D3'') du second commutateur en Y (3) tandis que le second drain (D2'') du premier commutateur en Y (2) est relié au premier drain (D3') du second commutateur en Y (3). Le point d'interconnexion entre le second drain (D2'') du premier commutateur en Y (2) et ledit premier drain (D3') du second commutateur en Y (3) constitue ladite première borne de sortie.
