The invention concerns a logistical network comprising edges and nodes by means of which mailings sent from a sender to a reveiver are transferred, processed and forwarded in a sequence which is predetermined in terms of time and place. The network further comprises devices for determining differences between the nominal data describing the state of the logistical network and actual data measured. A control system is provided for minimizing the differences in a predetermined period of time by shifting the processing of mailings from one node or a plurality of nodes of which the capacity is reduced with respect to the nominal data to one or a plurality of other nodes such that minimal additional expenditure is incurred.
L'invention concerne un réseau logistique présentant des bords et des noeuds à travers lesquels s'effectue la réception, le traitement et l'acheminement ultérieur d'envois provenant d'un expéditeur et expédiés à un destinataire, selon un ordre prédéterminé dans le temps et dans l'espace. Ce réseau comprend des dispositifs permettant de constater des écarts entre les données prévues décrivant l'état du réseau logistique et les données réelles mesurées. Une commande minimise les écarts dans une période prédéterminée en déplaçant le traitement d'envois d'au moins un noeud, dont la capacité est réduite par rapport aux données prévues, vers au moins un autre noeud de façon à n'entraîner qu'une dépense supplémentaire minimale.
