Device for manufacturing lollipops, comprising a rotatably driven drum (3) provided with lollipop moulds (42) at its circumference, a supply for supplying a strand of lollipop material to the lollipop moulds (42) and a discharge for lollipops formed in the lollipop moulds, wherein the drum is disposed on a hollow shaft (12) and wherein the lollipop moulds are disposed at the circumference of a casing (10), which defines an annular space with the hollow shaft, wherein the hollow shaft is provided with a first passage (14) and a second passage (15), each forming a fluid connection between the cavity in the hollow shaft and the annular space (20), wherein the hollow shaft (12) is provided with a fluid supply and a fluid discharge, which fluid supply is in fluid connection with a pressure source for cooling air, wherein the lollipop moulds comprise lower moulds (40) that are fixed to the casing and the casing with the lollipop moulds forms a detachable part of the device and can be slid on the hollow shaft when being placed or removed.
L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de fabriquer des sucettes. Ce dispositif comprend un tambour entraîné en rotation, pourvu de moules à sucettes sur son pourtour, une alimentation délivrant un ruban de matière à sucettes dans les moules, et une sortie pour les sucettes formées dans les moules. Le tambour est monté sur un arbre creux, et les moules à sucettes sont disposés sur le pourtour d'une enveloppe laquelle définit un espace annulaire avec l'arbre creux. L'arbre creux comporte un premier passage et un second passage établissant chacun une communication fluidique entre la cavité formée dans l'arbre creux et l'espace annulaire, l'arbre creux étant pourvu d'une entrée et d'une sortie de fluide. Un système d'alimentation est raccordé par communication fluidique à une source de pression permettant de refroidir l'air. Les moules à sucettes comprennent des moules inférieurs fixés sur l'enveloppe, et l'enveloppe comprenant les moules constitue un composant amovible du dispositif, et peut se glisser sur l'arbre creux pour être monté ou démonté.
