L'invention concerne une ligne de mer constituée d'au moins un monofilament de polyamide (A) et d'au moins un corps creux (élément d'arrêt) (B) cylindrique, fixé sur la surface dudit monofilament de polyamide. Ladite ligne de mer se caractérise en ce que l'élément d'arrêt (B) est constitué essentiellement d'un élastomère thermoplastique d'une dureté Shore D (selon DIN 53 505) d'au moins 50.
