MDT 073 P2 Abstract of the Disclosure A binder comprises front and rear rectangular cover panels, a sheet retaining assembly, and a spine sheet. The front panel is less in width than the rear panel, and the difference in width between the front and rear panels is greater than the transverse dimension of the sheet retaining assembly. The spine sheet extends between and foldably joined along fold lines to the first side margins of the front and rear panels, and has a width between the first side margins of the front and rear panels. The width of the spine sheet is greater than the difference in width between the front and rear panels.
