A lotion applicator with a telescopic handle includes a body having a top, a bottom, a forward end, a rearward end, and opposed sides. A roller retention cavity extends between the opposed sides along the bottom at the forward end of the body. A cylindrical roller is rotatably mounted in the roller retention cavity. The roller projects from the bottom of the body. The roller defines a first axis. A female receptacle is positioned at the rearward end of the body. The female receptacle is adapted to receive a neck of a bottle containing lotion. The female receptacle defines a second axis substantially perpendicular to the first axis. The female receptacle is in fluid communication with the roller retention cavity, whereby lotion from the bottle is conveyed to the roller. The telescopic handle is connected to the body and extends past the rearward end substantially parallel to the second axis.
