The louvered roof ventilator is used as a static ventilator and comprises a triangularly-shaped hollow housing having a bottom open end and three sidewalls. The sidewalls are provided with at least one louver extending horizontally thereof. The housing is removably securable to an inclined roof surface by means of a triangularly-shaped hollow base shaped for receiving the bottom open end of the housing. When the housing is secured to the base, it is projecting vertically. Advantageously, the triangularly-shaped roof ventilator allows the wind to slide laterally along each sidewall which enhances the chimney effect caused by the louvers. It also prevents any build-up in water and debris along the base of the ventilator.
