ABSTRACT This application discloses an aqueous beverage composition containing about 1 to 40 calories per 11.5 oz. servicing comprising, 200-600 grams of aspartame, up to 200% of the recommended daily allowance of multiple vitamins per serving from about 30-250 grams of xanthan gum, from about 100-7000 grams of citric/malic acid, and flavouring sufficient to obtain a palatable beverage fro a 250 gallon batch. Such composition may additionally contain from about 30-150 grams of sodium alginate, and one or more preservatives.
