ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Liquid is collected and gasified within the same pressure sealed chamber from which it is displaced. The liquid is gasified toward saturation under a high pressure for a limited time by recirculation of the gas through the chamber. Flow control valves establish a closed circuit through which recirculation occurs while the chamber is maintained pressurized as well as to effect displacement of gas saturated liquid from the chamber during spaced intervals of time while the chamber is depressurized.
