An oil-soluble reaction product of phosphorus-, low molecular weight basic nitrogen-, and optional boron-containing compounds is provided. This reaction product can solubilize significantly more phosphorus and boron per weight of compound than other known compounds and is used as an antiwear, antioxidant, and extreme pressure additive in lubrication oils.

On décrit un produit de réaction, soluble dans l'huile, de composés qui contiennent du phosphore, de l'azote basique à faible poids moléculaire et du bore éventuellement. Ce produit de réaction peut dissoudre nettement plus de phosphore et de bore par rapport à son poids que d'autres composés connus et il s'utilise comme additif anti-usure, anti-oxydant et anti-pressions extrêmes dans des huiles lubrifiantes.
