The present invention is directed to a polyisocyanate mixture i) having a monomeric diisocyanate content of less than 3% by weight, ii) having a urethane group content of more than 50 equivalent %, based on the total equivalents of urethane and allophanate groups, and iii) containing siloxane groups (calculated as SiO, MW 44) in an amount of 0.002 to 50% by weight, wherein the preceding percentages are based on the solids content of the polyisocyanate mixture and wherein the siloxane groups are incorporated by reacting a) an isocyanate group from a polyisocyanate adduct containing at least 60% by weight, based on the total weight of the polyisocyanate adduct, of a polyisocyanate adduct which is prepared from 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate, contains isocyanurate, iminooxadiazine dione and/or uretdione groups and has a viscosity at 25°C and 100% solids of less than 2000 mPa.s, with b) a compound containing one or more hydroxyl groups directly attached to a carbon atom and one or more siloxane groups to form urethane groups. The present invention also relates to the use of this polyisocyanate mixture, optionally in blocked form, as an isocyanate component in two- component coating compositions.

La présente invention concerne un mélange de polyisocyanates i) ayant une teneur en diisocyanate monomérique inférieure à 3 % en poids, ii) ayant une teneur des groupes uréthanes supérieure à 50 % d'équivalents, sur la base des équivalents totaux des groupes uréthanes et allophanates, et iii) contenant des groupes siloxanes en quantité (calculée en quantité de SiO, de PM 44) de 0,002 à 50 % en poids, les pourcentages précédents étant basés sur la teneur des matières solides du mélange de polyisocyanates. Ledit mélange est caractérisé en ce que les groupes siloxanes sont incorporés par réaction a) d'un groupe isocyanate provenant d'un produit d'addition de polyisocyanates contenant au moins 60 % en poids, sur la base du poids total du produit d'addition de polyisocyanates, d'un produit d'addition de polyisocyanates qui est préparé à partir de 1,6-diisocyanate d'hexaméthylène, qui contient des groupes isocyanurate, iminooxadiazinedione et/ou uretdione et qui a une viscosité inférieure à 2000 mPa.s à 25°C et avec 100 % de matières solides, avec b) un composé contenant un ou plusieurs groupes hydroxyles directement attachés à un atome de carbone et un ou plusieurs groupes siloxanes pour former des groupes uréthanes. La présente invention concerne également l'utilisation de ce mélange de polyisocyanates, facultativement sous la forme bloquée, en tant que composant isocyanate dans des compositions de revêtement à deux composants.
