LOW TEMPERATURE BRIGHT NICKEL AND BRIGHT NICKEL ALLOY PLATING Abstract of the Disclosure A method of obtaining satisfactory bright electrodepo- sits of nickel, nickel-cobalt and nickel-iron while minimizing the amount of energy necessary to heat the plating bath to a suitable plating temperature is provided which comprises controlling the basic plating bath formulation, including addi- tion agents, and electrodepositing the desired metal at a temperature ranging from about 85°F to 115°F.
