A low viscosity, plural component, fast curing caulking, system, which may also be used to introduce sealants or adhesives on to a substrate, said system comprising: a delivery conduit means for dispensing a mixed fluid composition of the caulk, sealant, or adhesive type on to a substrate, a metering means for mixing and transmitting properly proportional amounts of at least a first component fluid and a second component fluid to said delivery conduit means wherein, (A) said first component fluid includes an isocyanate containing material, and (B) said second component fluid includes an amine terminated polymeric polyol material and a chain extender material, first container means for holding said first component fluid, second container means for holding said second component fluid, and a pressurization means for supplying gaseous pressure to said first and second container means to thereby cause proper amounts of said first and second component fluids to be transmitted to said metering means and thereafter to the delivery conduit means for dispensing of the mixed fluid composition on the substrate.
