A Web Offset heatset ink compositon is disclosed containing an aqueous polymer latex dispersed in an ink base that comprises: an ink resin, a non-volatile plasticizer, and a pigment, wherein said polymer latex has amine functional groups and said ink has less than about 2 percent by weight of volatile organic compounds (VOC).

L'invention concerne une composition d'encre heatset pour rotative offset contenant un latex polymère aqueux dispersé dans une base d'encre. Cette composition comprend : une résine d'encre, un plastifiant non volatil et un pigment. Ledit latex polymère comprend des groupes fonctionnels amine et l'encre contient moins d'environ 2 % en poids de composés organiques volatils (COV).
