ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A lower guide assembly for adjacently suspended, slideable, partitions for a wet chamber. It comprises a compensa- ting member to be seated on the edge of a wet-chamber tub. This compensating member has an inclined top wall surface to allow draining of water toward the wet chamber. A partition guide rail is removably secured over this top wall surface and the compensating member is closed at the top. The latter also has a longitudinal side flange at the upper side edge which projects upwardly from the top wall surface. Spaced longitudinal guide walls are provided on the guide rail to constitute longitudinal passages for receiving partition guide members, these guide walls terminating short, vertically, from the top surface of the com- pensating member so as to allow water to be drained into the top.
