This invention is a small portable piece of exercise equipment that is simple to build. It exercises the muscles of the lower frontal leg. The resistance of this Lower Leg Exerciser can be varied with the addition of conventional weights. The user is seated, the device is on the floor in front of the individual. To use it place your feet under the padded crossbar, pivot from your heels and lift up against the crossbar with the top of your feet. This contracts the muscles in the front of the lower leg. Lowering the crossbar extends these muscles. The range of motion achieved with this piece of exercise equipment varies with how far the user has their legs extended. The further out the greater the range of motion.
