The present invention is a lubricant composition, composed of a lubricant base oil containing: a (poly)glyceryl ether represented by the following general formula (1) (see formula I) (wherein R1 represents a hydrocarbon group and n represents a numeral being 1 or more.), as a (A) component; and an alkaline-earth metal salt of an organic acid as a (B) component. Furthermore, it is preferable to contain an antioxidant as a (C) component. As an alkaline-earth metal salt of an organic acid, sulfonate, phenate, or salicylate are preferable, and neutral, basic or overbased calcium salicylate or calcium sulfonate are particularly preferable.

La présente invention a pour objet une composition lubrifiante composée d'une huile de base lubrifiante contenant un poly(éther glycérylique) représenté par la formule générale suivante (1) (voir la formule 1) (dans laquelle R1 représente un groupe hydrocarbure et n un chiffre de 1 ou plus) comme constituant (A), et d'un sel de métal alcalino-terreux d'un acide organique comme constituant (B). De plus, il est préférable que la composition contienne un antioxydant comme constituant (C). Il est préférable d'utiliser un sel de métal alcalino-terreux d'un acide organique de type sulfonate, phénate ou salicylate, et il est particulièrement préférable d'utiliser un sulfonate ou un salicylate de calcium neutre, basique ou surbasique.
