The invention concerns an iron-based powder metallurgical composition comprising an iron or iron-based powder and composite lubricant particles, said composite lubricant particles comprising a core of 10-60% by weight of at least one primary fatty acid amide having more than 18 and not more than 24 carbon atoms and 40- 90% by weight of at least one fatty acid bisamide, said core having nanoparticles of at least one metal oxide adhered thereon. The invention further relates to the particulate composite lubricant as well as a method of preparing this lubricant.
L'invention porte sur une composition métallurgique de poudre à base de fer comprenant une poudre de fer ou à base de fer et des particules de lubrifiant composites, lesdites particules de lubrifiant composites comprenant un noyau de 10 - 60 % en poids d'au moins un amide d'acide gras primaire ayant plus de 18 et pas plus de 24 atomes de carbone et de 40 - 90 % en poids d'au moins un bisamide d'acide gras, ledit noyau ayant des nanoparticules d'au moins un oxyde métallique fixées sur celui-ci. L'invention porte en outre sur le lubrifiant composite particulaire ainsi que sur un procédé de préparation de ce lubrifiant.
