ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A lubricated aromatic polyester copolymer composi- tion comprises an aromatic polyester copolymer of a mixture of terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid or derivative there- of in a molar ratio of terephthalic acid group to isophthalic acid group of 9:1 to 1:9 and a bisphenol having the formula (I) Image wherein -X- represents -O-, -S-, -SO2-, -CO-, or either of an alkylene group of an alkylidene group which may be sub- stituted by a hydrocarbon group having one or more carbon atoms or a halogen atom or a halohydorcarbon group; and R1, R2, R3, R4, R' 1, R ' 2, R ' 3 and R ' 4 respectively represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group or a hydro- carbon group; and a specific lubricant comprising more than 70 wt.% of n-paraffin having 16 to 40 carbon atoms in an amount of 0.05 to 5 wt.% based on said polymer copolymer.
