26553-35 ABSTRACT An apparatus for automatic lubrication of bearings which incorporates a feeding device (2,3) for grease and a valve member (7) to be connected to a bearing housing. In the valve member (4) there is provided a heat activated member (5) for sensing the bearing housing temperature and which, when a pre- determined activation temperature is exceeded, expands and causes a restriction of the lubricant feed.
