The invention concerns a lubricating composition, in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion, based on siloxane and not releasing hydrogen comprising: (a) a polydiorganosiloxane oil non-reactive to the lubricating properties having a dynamic viscosity of the order of 5.10<-2> to 30.10<2> Pa.s at 25 DEG C; (b) a polyorganosiloxane resin bearing, before emulsification, condensable hydroxyl substituents and comprising before emulsification at least two syloxyl units selected among those of formula (R0)3SiO1/2(M); (R0)2SiO2/2(D); R0SiO3/2(T) and SiO4/2(Q), one at least of said units being a T or Q unit, formulae wherein: R0 represents a monovalent organic substituent, the average number per molecule of organic radicals R0 for a silicon atom ranging between 1 and 2; and said resin having a weight content of hydroxyl substituents ranging between 0.1 and 10 wt.%, and, preferably between 0.2 and 5 wt.%; (c) a crosslinking agent soluble in the silicone phase comprising at least two functions capable of reacting with the polyorganosiloxane resin (b); a condensation catalyst capable of catalysing the reaction of constituent (b) with constituent (c); (e) a surfactant; and (f) water.
La présente invention concerne une composition lubrifiante, sous forme d'émulsion huile dans eau, à base de siloxane et ne dégageant pas d'hydrogène comprenant: (a) une huile polydiorganosiloxane non réactive aux propriétés lubrifiantes présentant une viscosité dynamique de l'ordre de 5.10 -2 à 30.10 2Pa.s à 25°C; (b) une résine polyorganosiloxane porteuse, avant émulsification, de substituants hydroxyles condensables et comportant avant émulsification au moins deux motifs siloxyles différents choisis parmi ceux de formule (R0)3SIO1/2(M); (R0)2SIO2/2(D); R0SIO3/2(T) et SIO4/2 (Q), l'un au moins de ces motifs étant un motif T ou Q, formules dans lesquelles R0 représente un substituant organique monovalent, le nombre moyen par molécule de radicaux organiques R0 pour un atome de silicium étant compris entre 1 et 2; et ladit résine présentant une teneur pondérale en substituants hydroxyles comprise entre 0,1 et 10% en poids, et, de préférence entre 0,2 et 5% en poids; (c) un réticulant soluble dans la phase silicone comprenant au moins deux fonctions capables de réagir avec la résine polyorganosiloxane (b); (d) un catalyseur de condensation capable de catalyser la réaction du constituant (b) avec le constituant (c); (e) un tensioactif; et (f) de l'eau.
