A film-forming lubrication composition for make-up of threaded connections, intended to cover at least one threading (FE, FI) and a make-up abutment (BVM, BVF) of a threaded element (EM, EF) of a component (T2, T1) of a threaded tubular connection (JF) with a solid state film which adheres to the threading (FE, FI) and to said make-up abutment (BVM, BVF), said make-up abutment (BVM, BVF) being intended to bear against another abutment (BVF, BVM) of another component (T1, T2) of said threaded tubular connection (JF) during the terminal make-up phase, and said lubrication composition comprising a matrix. The matrix further comprises at least one rheoresistant material selected so as to endow said composition, as a complement to lubrication, with a shouldering torque which is at least equal to a threshold value.
Linvention concerne une composition filmogène de lubrification pour connexions vissées, destinée à couvrir au moins un filetage (FE, FI) et une butée de montage (BVM, BVF) dun élément fileté (EM, EF) dun composant (T2, T1) dune connexion tubulaire vissée (JF) avec un film à létat solide, qui adhère au filetage (FE, FI) et à la butée de montage (BVM, BVF), ladite butée de montage (BVM, BVF) étant destinée à sappuyer contre une autre butée (BVF, BVM) dun autre composant (T1, T2) de ladite connexion tubulaire vissée (JF) pendant la phase terminale de montage, ladite composition de lubrification comprenant une matrice. La matrice comprend au moins un matériau rhéorésistant, choisi de manière à doter la composition, en tant que complément à la lubrification, dun couple dépaulement, qui est au moins égal à une valeur seuil.
