A luminal port assembly (10) inserted into an anatomical passageway includes a housing (12) having a seal (14) which creates a fluid-tight seal between the housing (12), and the tissue of the anatomical passageway. At least one port (16) is provided in the housing (12). Each port (16) is preferably angularly movable relative to the housing (12), includes a substantially fluid-tight valved passageway, and an insufflation conduit. A mechanism for retaining the luminal port assembly within the anatomical passageway is also provided.
L'invention concerne un ensemble à orifice luminal (10) destiné à être inséré dans une cavité anatomique, cet ensemble comprenant un logement (12) pourvu d'un joint hermétique (14) qui crée un joint étanche entre ce logement (12) et les tissus de ladite cavité anatomique, au moins un orifice (16) étant ménagé sur le logement (12). Chacun de ces orifices (16), qui est de préférence mobile de manière angulaire par rapport audit logement (12), comporte une cavité à clapet sensiblement étanche, ainsi qu'un conduit insufflateur. Enfin, un mécanisme conçu pour maintenir ledit ensemble à orifice luminal à l'intérieur de la cavité anatomique est prévu.
