ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: This invention relates to m-Anilido-urethanes of the formula: Image , where A and B independently of one another are oxygen or sulfur, R1 is alkyl containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, cycloheptyl or phenyl; R2 is hydrogen or alkyl containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms; R3 is hydrogen; R4 is alkylene containing 1 to 2 carbon atoms; X is hydrogen, alkyl containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, trifluoromethyl or alkoxy containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms; Y is hydrogen, and Z is Image , wherein W is hydrogen, halogen, trifluoromethyl or nitro or Z is Image wherein QO is hydrogen, halogen and m, n and o are numbers from 1 to 4, and herbicides containing these compounds.
