The invention relates to a machine for producing a tubular product (T) by means of helical winding of strips of web material, comprising a mandrel (4) and a winding member (7) to helically wind the strips (S1, S2) of web material around said mandrel. To improve adhesion between the strips at least one pressure member (31) is provided, cooperating with the mandrel, disposed downstream or upstream of the winding member (7) with respect to the direction of advance (fT) of the tubular product being formed on said mandrel. The pressure exerted by the pressure member promotes adhesion of the strips forming the product.

Cette invention concerne une machine permettant de produire un produit tubulaire (T) au moyen d'un enroulement hélicoïdal de longueurs de matériau en bande. Cette machine comprend un mandrin (4) et un organe d'enroulement (7) servant à enrouler en hélice les longueurs (S1, S2) de matériau en bande autour de ce mandrin. Pour améliorer l'adhérence entre les longueurs, on utilise au moins un élément de pression (31) qui coopère avec le mandrin et qui est placé en aval ou en amont de l'organe d'enroulement (7) par rapport au sens de progression (fT) du produit tubulaire formé sur ledit mandrin. La pression exercée par l'élément de pression renforce l'adhérence des longueurs constituant le produit.
