A machine (1) and a method for making a sheet (36) of a single face corrugated cardboard by gluing a fluted cardboard sheet (23) onto a planar cardboard sheet (24), said machine including three substantially tangentially paired heating rollers with parallel axes. The machine comprises a fourth smooth heating roller (26) having an axis (27) parallel to the other rollers, and being arranged further down the corrugated board path than said other rollers for holding the fluted sheet against the second roller (13) over an arc of circumference which corresponds to a central angle alpha having a first predetermined value. Said fourth roller also engages the back of the planar sheet over an arc of circumference which corresponds to a central angle beta having a second predetermined value.
Il s'agit d'une machine (1) et d'un procédé de fabrication d'une feuille (36) de carton ondulé simple face par encollage d'une feuille cannelée (23) de carton sur une feuille plane (24) de carton, comprenent trois cylindres chauffants sensiblement tangents deux à deux, d'axes parallèles. La machine comporte un quatrième cylindre (26) chauffant, lisse, d'axe (27) parallèle aux autres cylindres, situé en aval du trajet du carton ondulé par rnpport auxdits autres cylindres et agencé pour plaquer la feuille cannelée sur le deuxième cylindre (13) selon un arc de cercle correspondant à un angle au centre .alpha. d'une première valeur déterminée, et pour être lui-même en contact avec le dos de la feuille plane sur un arc de cercle correspondant à un angle au centre .beta. d'une seconde valeur déterminée.
