Machine (1) and method of manufacture of a single-face corrugated board sheet whereby a fluted cardboard sheet (23) is glued to a flat sheet. The machine comprises three heating cylinders having parallel axes, tangently arranged pairwise and means (26) for positive traction driving the corrugated board sheet, said means being located downstream of the path of the corrugated board in relation to the three cylinders. The fluted sheet is pressed onto the cylinder downstream of the first contact (29) between the flat sheet and the fluted sheet, in an arc of a circle corresponding to an angle at the centre (alpha) of a first predetermined value greater than zero. Said positive driving means are associated with complementary means for heating said corrugated board.
Il s'agit d'une machine (1) et d'un procédé de fabrication d'une feuille de carton ondulé simple face par encollage d'une feuille cannelée (23) de carton sur une feuille plane (24) de carton, comprenant trois cylindres chauffants sensiblement tangents deux à deux, d'axes parallèles. La machine comporte des moyens (26) d'entraînement positif par traction de la feuille de carton ondulé situés entièrement en aval du trajet du carton ondulé par rapport aux trois cylindres, la feuille cannelée étant plaquée sur le cylindre en aval du premier contact (29) entre feuille plane et feuille cannelée, selon un arc de cercle correspondant à un angle au centre alpha d'une première valeur déterminée supérieure à zéro, lesdits moyens d'entraînement positif étant associés à des moyens de chauffage complémentaire dudit carton ondulé.
