Machine and process for producing a fibrous material web. The machine includes at least one shoe press having at least one drying cylinder and a shoe press unit which are arranged to form a pressing nip elongated in a web travel direction. At least one suctioned apparatus is arranged before the at least one shoe press relative to the web travel direction, and a water- permeable continuous carrying belt is arranged to guide the fibrous material web over the at least one suctioned apparatus and through the elongated pressing nip. A hood subjected to an overpressure is assigned to the suctioned apparatus and is arranged to support an underpressure effect of the at least one suctioned apparatus. The process includes guiding the fibrous material web and the carrying belt through the elongated pressing nip, and supporting an underpressure effect of the suctioned apparatus by creating an overpressure in the hood. This arrangement and procedure increase the dry content of the web, particularly a tissue web, to be increased in a volume - saving and cost-effective manner.

Machine et procédé de production d'une bande continue de matériau fibreux. La machine comporte au moins une presse à sabot dotée d'au moins un cylindre de séchage et une presse à sabot qui sont arrangés de façon à former une pince de pressage allongée dans le sens du déplacement de la bande. Au moins un appareil de succion est placé avant au moins une presse à sabot dans le sens du déplacement de la bande et une bande transporteuse perméable à l'eau est placée de façon à guider la bande de matériau fibreux sur au moins un appareil de succion et dans la pince de pressage allongée. Un capot subissant une surpression est assigné à l'appareil de succion et se place de façon à supporter une pression négative d'au moins un appareil à succion. Le procédé comprend le guidage de la bande de matériau fibreux et de la bande transporteuse dans la pince de pressage allongée et le support d'une pression négative de l'appareil à succion en créant une surpression dans le capot. Cet arrangement et le procédé augmentent la teneur en matière sèche de la bande continue, notamment d'une bande continue de papier-mouchoir, d'une manière qui permet de gagner de l'espace et de faire des économies.
