A machine and a process for the automatic enveloping of messages with a variable number of sheets provide: the supply of message sheets on a first accumulating plane (9, 48); the supply of envelope sheets on a second accumulating plane (17, 28, 29), which forms an angle with the first accumulating plane, such as to obtain the overlaying of the front ends of the envelope sheets and message sheets; the simultaneous feeding of the envelope and message sheets such that complete overlaying therebetween is obtained; and the simultaneous folding of the envelope sheets and message sheets, obtaining an envelope.
L'invention concerne une machine et un procédé pour la mise en enveloppe automatique de messages au moyen d'un nombre variable de feuilles. Dans lesdits système et procédé, des feuilles messages sont envoyées sur un premier plan collecteur (9, 48); lesdites feuilles sont ensuite envoyées sur un second plan collecteur (17, 28, 29) qui forme un angle avec le premier plan collecteur de sorte que les extrémités avant des feuilles enveloppes et des feuilles messages se superposent; lesdites feuilles enveloppes et messages sont envoyées simultanément de sorte qu'elles se superposent complètement; les feuilles enveloppes et messages sont pliées simultanément de sorte qu'une enveloppe soit formée.
