ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A machine for cutting a continuous material of elon- gate length into predetermined lengths comprises conveying means and cutting means operatively associated therewith, the conveying means being rotatable by an angular amount corresponding to the length of a piston of pneumatic ram, and the cutting means being actuated after a preselectable integral number of steps of movement of the conveying means. The operation of the machine is remotely controlled by a pneumatic circuit arrangement.
