The machine comprises at least a cutting tool (11) and a first cylinder (3) supporting said substrate (8) and driving said substrate with gripper means (5) around a first axis of rotation (6), a second cylinder (10) comprising the cutting tool (11) having the shape of said opening, said cutting cylinder (10) rotating around a second axis of rotation (12) parallel to the first axis of rotation. The second axis is mounted on lateral displacement means (22) to bring said second cylinder (10) in a cutting position with respect to the first cylinder (3). Evacuation means (15) are provided to evacuate the cut part (21) of the substrate (8).
La machine de l'invention comprend au moins un outil de coupe (11); un premier cylindre (3) servant de support audit substrat (8) et entraînant celui-ci par des moyens de préhension (5) autour d'un premier axe de rotation (6); un second cylindre (10) équipé de l'outil de coupe (11), qui présente la forme de ladite ouverture et tourne autour d'un second axe de rotation (12) parallèle au premier axe de rotation. Le second axe est monté sur un moyen de déplacement latéral (22) pour placer le second cylindre (10) dans une position de coupe relativement au premier cylindre (3). Des moyens d'évacuation (15) sont mis en place pour évacuer la partie coupée (21) du substrat (8).
