MACHINE FOR DIGGING AND CLEANING OUT TRENCHES A B S T R A C T The machine comprises a frame 1 on which is suspended on a shaft 12 a support 13 for two inclined cutters, the support including different inclination slots in which are mounted guide rollers connected to housings in which the inclined cutters 14 are rotatively mounted. A jack shifts the housings and consequently adjusts the inclination of the cutters 14. The machine further comprises an additional cutter 15 which is located in front of the inclined cutters 14 and is adapted to effect a rough cutting of the trench. The machine includes a smoothing shoe 20 which is openable to a variable extent with the inclination of the cutters 14.
