The invention relates to a machine for drilling oil holes in crankshafts and to a corresponding method. Said machine can drill one, two or more crankshafts per cycle. Each crankshaft can rotate around its own axis. The assembly described in the invention is mounted on a revolving plate with a horizontal work top and a vertical rotational axis to place the crankshafts at different angles relative to the Z axis of the machining module while preserving the horizontality of the longitudinal axes of the crankshafts. The machining module is located facing the assembly and is fitted with two horizontal axis spindles, a drilling tool holder and the corresponding drill bit guides that are placed parallel to one another, are mounted one on top of the other and at the same distance as the two crankshafts. The module moves along three coordinates: an X (horizontal-transversal) axis, a Y (vertical ) axis and Z (horizontal-drill bit advance feed) axis. A fourth W axis (with an additional carriage and independent actuation) moves parallel to the Z axis and serves as a support for the drill bit guide bushings. The machine is fitted with an automatic changer (of the drill bit and guide bushing or the guide bushing only) and encompasses simultaneously the pair of tool holder spindles. The invention can be used in the field of machine tooling.
Machine à percer des trous de graissage dan$ des vilebrequins et procédure correspondante. On peut en disposer pour percer un, deux ou plus vilebrequins par cycle. Chaque vilebrequin peut tourner sur son propre axe. L'ensemble décrit est monté sur un plateau tournant à plaque du dessus horizontale et axe de rotation vertical, pour placer les vilebrequins à différents degrés par rapport à l'axe Z du module d'usinage, l'horizontalité des axes longitudinaux des vilebrequins étant maintenue. En face de l'ensemble, on trouve le module d'usinage, pourvu de deux broches à axe horizontal, porte-outils de perçage, avec les guide-mèches correspondants et parallèles entre elles, l'une au-dessus de l'autre, à la même distance que les deux vilebrequins. Le module a des mouvements sur trois coordonnées: axe X (horizontal-transversal), Y (vertical) et Z (horizontal-avance des mèches). Un quatrième axe W (avec chariot additionnel et actionnement indépendant) se déplace parallèlement à l'axe Z et porte les douilles de guidage de la mèche. Elle est dotée d'un changeur automatique (de l'ensemble mèche + douille de guidage, ou seulement de la douille de guidage) comprenant simultanément la paire de broches porte-outils. Applicable dans le domaine de la machine-outil.
