L'invention concerne une machine comprenant un premier support (1, 31, 38, 48, 53) destiné à porter une bobine (2), un rotor (5) pouvant tourner autour d'un axe principal (3) afin de toronner des fils (7) et d'enrouler ou de dérouler, autour de l'axe principal (3), un brin (8) ou similaire comprenant ces fils (7), tandis que le premier support (1, 31, 38, 48, 53) peut se déplacer le long de l'axe principal (3).
