The invention concerns a machine comprising two feed rollers (3, 14), one of which at least is a power-operated roller, and a rotating printing drum (6) co-operating with a counter-printing power-operated roller (17). The rollers (17, 14) are borne by the ends of a lever consisting of two yokes, pivoting in its middle (11) and articulated thereat by an articulation with adjustable stop; The displacement of said feed roller (14) following the passage of an envelope (24") between the feed rollers (3, 14) causes the lever to pivot thereby bringing about a corresponding displacement of the counter-printing roller (17), if the latter has not already been displaced by at least said corresponding displacement during the passage of a preceding object (23").
La machine comprend deux galets d'amenée (3, 14), dont au moins un galet motorisé, et un tambour tournant d'impression (6) coopérant avec un galet motorisé (17) de contre-impression. Les galets (17, 14) sont portés par les extrémités d'un levier constitué de deux chapes, pivotant en son milieu (11) et articulé à cet endroit par une articulation à butée réglable; le déplacement dudit galet d'amenée (14) par suite du passage d'une enveloppe (24'') entre les galets d'amenée (3, 14) entraîne un pivotement du levier et donc un déplacement correspondant du galet de contre-impression (17), si celui- ci n'a pas déjà été déplacé d'au moins ledit déplacement correspondant lors du passage d'un objet précédent (23'').
