The invention concerns a machine comprising driving means (14, 16, 18) for driving sheets in a forward moving direction (F) through a processing zone (T), and processing means including an equipment (53, 53') and a counter unit (56) respectively borne by first and by second transverse rotary support shafts (52, 54). Said processing means are designed to produce in the sheets cutouts and folds transverse to their forward moving direction. The counter unit has a substantially cylindrical surface having at least one working strip (57) which extends parallel to the axis of the second support shaft and is radially offset relative to the portions (58) of said surface which are adjacent to said strip, the latter being designed to co-operate with the equipment to form a cutout or a fold in a sheet.
La machine comporte des moyens d'entraînement (14, 16, 18) aptes à entraîner les feuilles dans une direction d'entraînement (F) à travers une zone de traitement (T), et des moyens de traitement comprenant un outillage (53, 53') et un contre-outillage (56) respectivement portés par un premier et par un deuxième arbre porteur rotatif transversaux (52, 54). Ces moyens de traitement sont destinés à pratiquer dans les feuilles des découpes ou des plis transversaux à leur direction d'entraînement. Le contre-outillage présente une surface sensiblement cylindrique ayant au moins une bande de travail (57) qui s'étend parallèlement à l'axe du deuxième arbre porteur et qui est en décalage radial par rapport aux portions (58) de ladite surface qui sont adjacentes à cette bande, cette dernière étant destinée à coopérer avec l'outillage pour former une découpe ou un pli dans une feuille.
