ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A paper rolling machine designed to roll newspaper and scrap paper into burnable logs, which machine has end plates and a central winding roller, tapered and grooved, with a crank arm at its larger end and which roller is removably inserted between the end plates, ancillary spring urged rollers floating in oblong slots in the end plates, which apply constant pressure to the central winding roller on three sides thus accommodating different thick- nesses of logs, the machine being capable of being stopped at any stage of operation, and the rolling operation resumed without loss of time, motion and material.
