- 11 - ABSTRACT The machine presents a central cutting and squeezing unit, with a fixed vertical knife and a squeezing bolster actioned through two systems of connecting rods and crankshafts actioned from a central shaft that receives its impulses from the main motor of the machine and that possesses thread form extremities in the reversed sense, every one of which stimulates a helicoidal wheel motoring each one of the crankshafts. The entrance of the pieces of fruit is realized through a guide that is fed by a tilting elevating system able to move itself up and downwards in front of the storage area of the pieces of fruit.
