The machine has a frame wherein can be displaced trays (6) which transport the fish (4) to be salted with a quantity of product having a high content of salt, the system for distributing said product consisting of a storage tank (13) from which the product falls in a distribution hopper (10) through the passage (11), a rotary roller (15) with grooves (14) being arranged inside the hopper for transporting the salting product falling through the lower passage (12) on the fish placed on the trays, the grooves (14) having a profile similar to that of the fish which situated underneath on the tray and positioned in relationship with the position of the grooves, the rotation speed of the motor which actuates the roller being determined as a function of the weight of the assembly tray/fish.
La machine comprend un châssis dans lequel peuvent se déplacer des plateaux (6) qui transportent le poisson (4) dont on veut faire la salaison avec une quantité de produit ayant une haute teneur en sel, le système de distribution de ce produit consistant en un réservoir de stockage (13) d'où tombe le produit dans une trémie de distribution (10) au travers d'un passage (11), un rouleau rotatif (15) avec rainures (14) étant disposé à l'intérieur de la trémie pour transporter le produit de salaison qui tombe au travers d'un passage inférieur (12) puis sur le poisson placé sur les plateaux, les rainures (14) ayant un profil semblable à celui des poissons se trouvant plus bas sur les plateaux en position correspondant à celle des rainures, la vitesse de rotation du moteur d'actionnement du rouleau étant déterminée en fonction du poids de l'ensemble plateau et poisson.
