Disclosed is a machine comprising a housing, means disposed inside (3) the tubular film (1) to separate the walls thereof, means (8) guiding the tubular film, and an inflating sealing device (5, 6, 7, 12). Said inflating sealing device is provided with at least one hollow needle (5) for inflating and means (2, 2a, 2b) preventing air from escaping towards said reel, i.e. upstream. Said means (2) preventing air from escaping are arranged between the means disposed inside (3) said film and the reel. The inflating sealing device (5, 6, 7, 12) is arranged after the means disposed inside (3) said film and before the guiding means (8) of said film such that the tubular film (1) is pulled through the inflating sealing device. The hollow needle (5) of the inflating sealing device is fixed to a first lever arm (12) which is disposed on one side of said film and is controlled by a first actuator (13). Two heating elements (6) are positioned upstream and downstream from the needle and are fixed to a second lever arm (10) which is disposed on the other side of said film and is controlled by a second actuator (11). The means preventing the air fed into the tubular film from escaping towards said reel, i.e. upstream, comprise an elongate element (2b) which extends in a transversal direction relative to the film (1) and is fixed to said first lever arm (12) such that said elongate element (2b) is kept away from the film during movement thereof and is inserted into a slot (2a) arranged in a plate (2) of the machine housing and pushes said film into the slot, creating a narrow fold thereon.
Cette machine comprend un bâti, des moyens disposés à l'intérieur (3) du film (1) tubulaire pour en écarter les parois, des moyens pour entraîner (8) le film tubulaire et un dispositif de gonflage soudage (5, 6, 7, 12). Le dispositif de gonflage soudage présentant au moins une aiguille creuse (5) pour le gonflage, des moyens (2, 2a, 2b) pour empêcher l'air de partir vers ladite bobine c'est-à-dire en amont. Lesdits moyens (2) empêchant l'air de partir étant placés entre les moyens disposés à l'intérieur (3) dudit film et la bobine. Le dispositif de gonflage soudage (5, 6, 7, 12) étant placé après les moyens disposés à l'intérieur (3) dudit film et avant les moyens d'entraînement (8) dudit film de manière à tirer le film tubulaire (1) à travers le dispositif de gonflage soudage. L'aiguille creuse (5) du dispositif de gonflage soudage étant fixée à un premier balancier (12) disposé d'un côté dudit film commandé par un premier vérin (13), et deux éléments chauffants (6) placés en amont et en aval de l'aiguille fixés sur un second balancier (10) disposé de l'autre côté dudit film commandé par un second vérin (11). Les moyens pour empêcher l'air introduit dans le film tubulaire de s'échapper vers ladite bobine, c'est-à-dire en amont, sont constitués par un élément allongé (2b) s'étendant selon une direction transversale relativement au film (1) fixé audit premier balancier (12) de manière à être maintenu écarté dudit film pendant que ce dernier se déplace et être introduit dans une fente (2a) prévue dans une plaque (2) du bâti de la machine en poussant ledit film dans la fente créant un pli serré sur ce dernier.
