The invention relates to a machine gun, in particular a light machine gun, or a universal machine gun, with a movable breech and a cocking lever (9), separate from the above, mounted on the exterior of the machine gun, which may be moved from a rest position, thus engaging in the breech, in order to displace the above from the rest or firing position against the force of a closing spring into a spring-loaded position. In order to simplify and make safer the clearing of certain jams, a detachable lock (15) is provided, during the operation of which the cocking lever (9) is placed in a position away from the rest position thereof, corresponding to the relevant position for the breech in such a way that the above is prevented by the cocking lever (9) from moving in the direction of the rest position or firing position thereof.
La présente invention concerne une mitrailleuse, notamment une mitrailleuse légère ou une mitrailleuse universelle, comprenant une culasse mobile et une coulisse de mise sous tension (9), qui est séparée de ladite culasse et se trouve sur la face extérieure de la mitrailleuse. Cette coulisse de mise sous tension peut se déplacer depuis une position de repos, pour venir s'engager dans la culasse, afin de la faire passer d'une position de repos ou d'une position de tir à une position de mise sous tension, à l'encontre de la force d'un ressort de fermeture. Afin de pallier plus facilement un éventuel enrayage et d'obtenir une configuration plus sûre, la mitrailleuse selon cette invention comprend un système de blocage amovible (15), dont l'actionnement permet de fixer la coulisse de mise sous tension (9) hors de sa position de repos, dans une position qui correspond à chaque position de la culasse, de façon que la coulisse de mise sous tension (9) empêche la culasse de se déplacer en direction de sa position de repos ou de sa position de tir.
