The invention relates to an automatic machine tool (10), for the production of base structures (68), for false teeth, in particular, for tooth crowns and/or tooth bridges of exact three-dimensional shape. Said base structures (68) may be fixed to prepared natural and/or artificial tooth stumps The machine tool (10) comprises a machine frame (12, 14), or a body, a work piece carrier, with a rotation shaft (38), at least one digitisation unit (46), at least one machining unit (52) and an electronic arithmetic and control unit (50) for all drive lines. A carrier for the workpiece, a blank (42), and/or for the machining unit(s) (52), serves as displacement unit, with three translational axes in the x-, y- and z-directions. The digitisation of the preparation model (44) and the machining of the blank (41) are carried out on the same machine tool (10), at different times. The machining paths for the blank (42) are calculated from the measured and stored digitised data and a predetermined material- specific scaling factor, before the machining of the blank.
L'invention concerne une machine-outil automatique (10) servant à produire des superstructures (68) destinées à des opérations de dentisterie restauratrice, en particulier pour des couronnes dentaires et/ou des ponts dentaires à structure tridimensionnelle précise. Ces superstructures (68) peuvent être fixées sur des moignons naturels et/ou artificiels préparés. Cette machine-outil (10) comprend un bâti (12, 14) ou un carter, un support de pièce comportant un arbre rotatif (28), au moins une unité de numérisation (46), au moins une unité d'usinage (52) et une unité de calcul et de commande électronique (50) pour tous les organes d'entraînement. Elle comprend également un support pour la pièce, une ébauche (42), et/ou pour la ou les unités d'usinage (52), ledit support servant d'unité de déplacement à trois axes de translation dans le sens des x, y et z. La numérisation du modèle de préparation (44) et le traitement de l'ébauche (41) sont réalisés sur la même machine-outil (10) de manière non simultanée. Les trajectoires d'usinage de l'ébauche (42) sont calculées avant le traitement de l'ébauche (42) sur la base des données de numérisation déterminées et mémorisées et en fonction d'un facteur de mise à l'échelle préalloué, spécifique au matériau utilisé.
